Brian Tulibaski is a Fargo Commercial Realtor with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He helps investors, business owners, landlords, and tenants buy, sell, lease, and invest in commercial real estate throughout Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, North Dakota, and Minnesota.

Brian advises his clients from the perspective of an investor who has built his own investment property portfolio and spent more than 25 years negotiating commercial real estate transactions. He understands that for many clients, a property is more than an asset. It often represents a lifetime of work, sacrifice, financial risk, and responsibility. Brian helps clients protect what they have built, evaluate their options, and make decisions with confidence.

Brian’s approach to business was shaped early in life on his family’s small grain and cattle farm near Argyle, Minnesota. That experience gave him an early understanding of the commitment, discipline, and perseverance required to succeed in business. Those same principles continue to guide how he advises clients, evaluates opportunities, and builds lasting relationships.

After graduating from North Dakota State University, Brian built his career across banking, consumer services, real estate related organizations, and commercial real estate investment. His own investing career began in 2001 with the acquisition of an owner occupied apartment complex in Fargo, which became the foundation for a portfolio that expanded over more than 25 years to include multifamily, industrial, and retail investment properties throughout the Midwest.

Brian has been a Fargo area resident for more than 30 years and lives in West Fargo with his wife, Kate, and their five children. Outside of commercial real estate, he teaches Sunday School at Hope Lutheran Church, volunteers as a coach for his children’s sports teams, and stays active in the Fargo business community as the founder of Fargo Networking Group, Treasurer of the Fargo COMEX Board of Commercial Realtors, and a member of the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce.
